Each facility in the network is designed for regenerative operations. They are independently operated commercial facilities that receive trained practitioners through the Foundation pipeline.

Graduates are placed into independently operated regenerative facilities as the Gulf South network comes online. Each cohort begins only when its placement is structured, so no one trains toward a promise; they train toward a position.
Steward ownership pathway
Practitioners build equity in the land they work over time. The goal is continuity and ownership, not permanent employment.
The pipeline is the point.
