The program
Learn to work land
that will outlast you.
Practitioner-led training for veterans and career changers entering regenerative agriculture. No synthetic inputs. Stipend and housing provided. Placement upon completion.
Who this is for
You do not need an agricultural background.
You need a willingness to commit to land-based work, to relocate if necessary, and to complete a structured training program under experienced practitioners who have built working farms from the ground up.
What you receive
Everything you need to commit fully.
Training stipend
Living support during the program. You are not paying tuition. The Foundation invests in your preparation so you can commit without financial pressure.
Transitional housing
Regional placement includes housing support during training and early placement. You focus on learning. The logistics are handled.
Placement
Completion leads to placement into an independently operated facility within a growing Gulf South network. Not a referral. Not a certificate. A working position.
Practitioner community
You join a network of trained peers across the Gulf South. The isolation that defeats most new farmers does not apply here.
"Chemical-free practice from the soil up. Topsoil consciousness. Cross-practice integration. No fertilizer dependency."
